Ballet Detroit offers the serious ballet dancer a world-class Vaganova method classical ballet education, in the beautiful setting of the studios at the Detroit Opera House. Acclaimed artistic director and ballet master, Sergey Rayevskiy, works with the highest quality instructors and professionals from around the world to offer students the training, exposure and performance opportunities required to be a professional ballet dancer.

Mr. Rayevskiy has trained many world-class dancers including Patricia Zhou (Staats Ballet de Berlin), Precious Adams (English National Ballet), Portia Adams (San Francisco Ballet school), Airi Suzuki (Humburg Ballet school), Wilson Livingston (School of American Ballet), Isaak Jones (Eugine Ballet Company), Devin Tokarski (Ballet de Moines), Kailey Kaba (Finnish National Ballet) and has students currently studying in ballet programs around the world, including Kirov Academy of Ballet, Vaganova School, Bolshoi School of Ballet and School of American Ballet.
